The Graff Caff, Dulwich Hill

This is a dine in review of The Graff Caff, Dulwich Hill…

Open for just on five months, Dulwich Hill’s newest café has begun to settle in very nicely.

I ordered a regular mocha (for consistency) and a fresh muffin.

The coffee was, for a single shot, one of the best I have tasted so far. The blend of flavours was wonderful, none overpowering the other, remember this was just the regular shot, and the milk well aerated, perfect texture, and not too hot. $3.50 dine in is standard for the area.

The muffin was a sweet, strawberry, rhubarb, and coconut. Rhubarb is not to everybody’s taste, but I found that it worked really well in this combination. Texture was great, and given the amount of fruit wasn’t too moist and didn’t break apart, and tasted fresh.

Eric, the barista, is serious about his coffee, but not himself. He was engaging, and has a very good knowledge of organic fruit and vegetables. This is a relatively new café in Dulwich Hill, as I said, but it is definitely one to put on your café bucket list.

Let me know what you think…
